Tax Practising Firm Registration

Form reference: ICTAZ-TPF-REG-003 — for tax practices, accounting firms, advisory firms, customs and tax compliance firms, legal-tax advisory practices and related entities seeking registration or recognition as Tax Practising Firms.

Purpose and Scope

Once approved, the applicant will be entered into the Institute's Tax Practising Firms Register. The system maintains application records, uploaded evidence, reviewer comments, approval decisions, renewal history and public verification fields where applicable.

Before you begin — you will need:

  1. Certificate of incorporation or partnership deed
  2. Tax clearance certificate
  3. CVs and membership certificates of responsible professional persons
  4. Quality control manual / practice procedures
  5. Data protection policy and client engagement letter template
