CPD Training Provider Registration

Purpose and Scope

This form is for organisations seeking approval to provide CPD programmes, seminars, workshops, webinars and professional development events. Approval should support high-quality professional education, credible attendance evidence, relevant content and reliable CPD-hour reporting.

Once approved, the applicant will be entered into the ICTAZ Approved CPD Training Providers Register.

Before you begin — you will need:

1. Registration documents and tax clearance certificate
2. Trainer CVs and professional membership certificates
3. Sample course outline and training materials
4. Sample CPD certificate template and attendance register
5. Quality assurance policy and participant evaluation form
