Partner / Sponsor Registration

Purpose and Scope

This form enables structured due diligence, alignment checks, brand approval, conflict review, sponsorship classification and relationship management. Once approved, your organisation will be entered into the ICTAZ Approved Partners and Sponsors Register.

Before you begin — you will need:

1. Registration certificate / founding document
2. Tax clearance certificate
3. Detailed partnership / sponsorship proposal
4. Authority letter or board approval (if signatory is not CEO/MD)
5. Brand guidelines and CSR/ESG profile (where applicable)
